Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and FastPing L.L.C-FZ, a limited liability company (free zone) licensed by Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates under licence number 2655235.01, with its registered address at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("FastPing", "we", "us"). They govern your access to and use of the website at https://fastping.app, the FastPing dashboard, API, status pages, widgets, free tools and related services (together, the "Service").
By creating an account, purchasing a plan or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you accept them on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it, and "you" refers to that organisation.
1. The Service
FastPing is an online monitoring service. At intervals you choose, our systems send requests to the websites, APIs, hosts, ports, domain names, DNS records, mail configurations and game servers you register ("Monitors"). We record the results, show them in your dashboard and status pages, and send alerts through the channels you configure. We also provide free one-off diagnostic tools. The Service is provided entirely online. Nothing is installed on your systems.
Checks are performed from our monitoring infrastructure. Response times reflect the network path from that infrastructure to your service and may differ from what your own users experience in other locations.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to create an account.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date, including a working email address for alerts and notices.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and API keys confidential and for all activity under your account, including activity by team members you invite.
- Tell us immediately at support@fastping.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3. Plans, prices and payment
- Free plan. The free plan is provided without charge, with the limits shown on our pricing page. We may change or discontinue free-plan limits with reasonable notice.
- Paid plans. Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance, monthly or yearly. You can choose a predefined plan or configure a custom plan. The price of a custom plan is calculated from the capacity and add-ons you select, as shown in the plan configurator at the time of purchase.
- Currency and taxes. Prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude any applicable taxes, such as value added tax, which are added at checkout where required.
- Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your configuration until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us.
- Payment processing. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Where an authorised reseller or merchant of record processes your order, its name may appear on your card statement and its terms of sale also apply to the payment transaction. We do not store your full card details.
- Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a price increase applies to your subscription. The new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the renewal.
- Changes to your plan. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. If your usage exceeds the new limits, the excess Monitors are paused, starting with the most recently created.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and, after a grace period of 3 days, move your account to the free plan.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Your responsibilities
- You may only create Monitors and run scans against systems, domains and servers that you own or administer, or that you are expressly authorised to monitor.
- You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws.
- You are responsible for the content you publish on status pages and for configuring alert channels (for example Discord, Slack or Telegram) that you are allowed to use.
- You must not use the Service to send requests at a volume or frequency intended to degrade any system.
6. Your data
You keep all rights to the data you provide, including Monitor configurations, status page content and the results of checks on your systems ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display Customer Data only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data from your account settings at any time.
7. Availability and support
We work to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, network conditions, third-party services (such as email delivery or messaging platforms) and events beyond our control can delay or prevent checks or alerts. FastPing is a tool that helps you detect problems. It is not a substitute for your own redundancy, backups or incident procedures. Support is provided by email and through our contact form on business days (Monday to Friday, Dubai time). Priority support is available as an add-on.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, logos and the "FastPing" name, belongs to FastPing L.L.C-FZ or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the Service except as permitted by law or with our written consent. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
9. API
If your plan includes API access, you may use the API within the documented rate limits. API keys are confidential and you are responsible for their use. We may revoke keys that are compromised or used in breach of these Terms.
10. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate your access, with notice where reasonably possible, if you materially breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if your use creates a security or legal risk, if required by law or a competent authority, or if a payment remains unpaid after the grace period. On termination your right to use the Service ends. We delete Customer Data as described in the Privacy Policy, except where we must keep it by law.
11. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Service and the free tools are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties beyond those expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Results of free tools are informational only.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law: (a) neither party is liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the Service; and (b) our total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us for the Service in that period and USD 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify FastPing L.L.C-FZ against third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or from Monitors or scans you configure against systems you are not authorised to monitor.
14. Consumers
If you use the Service as a consumer, you also have the rights given to you by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service or the law. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the dashboard at least 15 days before they take effect. If you continue to use the Service after that date, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel before they take effect.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in Dubai, including the regulations of Meydan Free Zone. Before starting any proceedings, we both agree to try in good faith to resolve the dispute by contacting each other in writing for at least 30 days. Disputes that cannot be resolved this way are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, without prejudice to any mandatory right of a consumer to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
17. General
These Terms, together with the policies referred to in them, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a right, we have not waived it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer them to an affiliate or as part of a reorganisation, merger or sale, with notice to you. These Terms are written in English. Translations are provided for convenience and the English version prevails.
